I reserve my limited 1:1 coaching slots for parents who specifically want to lose weight while optimizing muscle mass. This is my bread and butter! Less fat. More muscle. No more guesswork or wasting time with things that don’t move you toward your goals.

I am passionate about keeping parents in the game - helping them to optimize their health and transform their physiques in the most efficient and sustainable manner possible. Why? Because this is something that I struggled with for years. I want to keep you from making the same mistakes that I made so that you can be the best parent ever.

I have a no-frills approach to health and fitness. My programming revolves around a science-based nutritional strategy, full-body hypertrophy workouts, and a handful of simple daily habits that all work together to optimize fat loss, muscle mass, and energy levels.

Once you have your workouts, nutrition, and habits dialed in, the last (and perhaps most important) thing you’ll need is accountability. I do a weekly check-in call with all of my 1:1 clients and they get 24/7 access to me via private messaging.

We will work together every step of the way to create meaningful goals and set up a program that meets your specific needs. If life throws you a curveball, we will adjust. My clients have jobs, families, and vibrant communities - they travel, eat out, attend birthday parties, and take vacations. It’s important to learn how to be adaptable so that you can keep participating in life without calling it quits on your fitness goals.

My personal desire for all of my 1:1 clients is that they would feel fully equipped to continue on their fitness journey independently when we are done working together. After 12 weeks, you will absolutely see some good physical results (most clients lose 10-15 pounds!). Better yet, you’ll be able to use what you’ve learned about exercise, nutrition, and daily habits to maintain the results and even continue moving toward more goals!

What if I want more or less than 12 weeks of online coaching?

If you would like more than 12 weeks of online coaching, you may continue with 1:1 coaching for $120 per month. If you would like less than 12 weeks of online coaching, we can hop on a call to discuss your goals and see if this would be a good fit/option for you! 

What if I don’t have a gym membership?

No gym membership? No problem! I do all my workouts at home. I started with no equipment and have slowly built a collection of dumbbells and other equipment over time. We can discuss the pros and cons of a gym membership vs buying home equipment to see if these may be helpful for you but if you have absolutely no equipment, don’t worry about it. There’s plenty of gains to be made with bodyweight workouts!

Is this personalized to me?

Yes! The workouts and nutritional approach are based on what the research indicates has the highest return on investment for your specific goals, equipment, etc.

How does the community group work?

The purpose of the private community group is to provide additional learning, accountability, and encouragement. It functions similar to a Facebook group, however it is accessible directly via the MyCoach app and does not require a Facebook account.

I post a casual prompt every Friday that you can respond to. If you have questions, the group is a great place for them. I answer all questions in the group and you may also get a helpful answer from someone else. This also allows everyone to learn from the answer together.

What if I have no lifting/exercise experience?

Not a problem! This program has exercise options for home and the gym. If you have no lifting/exercise experience, the home workouts in this program would be a great place for you to start. This will give you a chance to practice and get comfortable with the movements without the pressure of the gym.

p.s. every exercise has a video demonstration so you don't even need to Google what an RDL is. You can just watch the video right in the app!
